Shipping costs and delivery time
Shipping within Austria is free. Orders to Germany and within the European Union are also free for orders over 80€. Shipping is carried out at regular intervals via one of our reliable partners such as DPD or with Österreichische Post AG and its international partners.
The shipping costs and the duration vary depending on the country of destination. In any case, we strive to keep your costs and waiting time as low as possible. Below is an orientation on shipping costs and duration outside Austria. Please note that the actual shipping costs in the shopping cart or at the end of the payment process are the deciding factors.
Germany 6,90€ (free shipping for orders over 80€) usually 5-7 working days
Switzerland 12,90€ (free shipping for orders over 250€) usually 10 -14 working days
rest of the EU 9.90 € (free shipping for orders over 200€) 5-7 working days
Monaco 12,90€ (free shipping for orders over 250€)5-7 working days
UK 15,00€ (free shipping for orders over 300€) 10 -14 working days
USA, Canada, South Africa, Mexico flat rate 15,00€ (express shipping 25€) in about 14 - 18 working days
Returns
As we are still a small company growing, returns are currently at your own expense. You can return your order to us within 14 days of acceptance without giving any reason (see our cancellation policy ). To ensure a smooth refund, we ask you to put the original invoice or a copy with a short note in the return package and send it to the following address: Cornelia Grünauer, Maximilianstraße 74C/40, 3100 St. Pölten. As soon as we have received the package, the amount will be processed within the following 2 weeks.
